Dark wings flank his backside, as wisps of smog-stained hair escape his ponytail. Omnipresent, he flies unseen through the miasmic skies of Santa Rina, possessing an angels-eye-view of the world below.
His motivation for involvement in the affairs of Santa Rina is not always clear, nor is his loyalty—to Eva or to Howard or to some yet unknown darker forces. As if omniscient, his source of information is almost always accurate, and his judgment of character is often uncannily incisive.
His past is shrouded in shadows too dark to fathom. His dark wings win him the classification and ranks of the fallen angels, but no one knows his true origins.
